  • Contact & booking info: name, email, phone, brokerage/company, preferred dates, property address.

  • Payment info: processed securely by our payment providers (e.g., Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

  • Media from shoots: photos, videos, floor plans, aerial footage (may incidentally capture people, license plates, or personal items).

  • Website data: pages viewed, actions taken, device/browser, IP, approximate location. Collected via cookies and similar tech (e.g., Wix analytics, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel—if enabled).

2) How We Use Information

  • Provide and manage bookings, shoots, delivery, and customer support.

  • Process payments, send invoices/receipts, and manage accounts.

  • Improve services, website performance, and user experience.

  • Send offers, service updates, and important notices (opt out of marketing anytime).

  • Protect our rights, comply with law, and prevent fraud/abuse.

3) Payments, Hosting, & Service Providers

  • Hosting & platform: Our site runs on Wix.com Ltd. Your data may be stored on Wix’s secure servers.

  • Payments: Processed by [Wix Payments/Stripe/PayPal] under their policies.

  • Other providers: We may use trusted vendors for media delivery, email/SMS, analytics, and file storage (e.g., [Aryeo/Google Drive/Dropbox]). They receive only what’s needed to perform their services.

7) Data Retention

  • Client records & invoices: retained as required by law (typically [7 years]).

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method is 100% secure. Please use strong passwords and secure networks when accessing downloads.

11) Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
